Penis discoloration, any remedies?

do they interfere with anything they are nothing but blemishes and a lot of boys get them can you retract your foreskin all the way back now don't think it will work but try it on one so if it doesn't it doesn't cause you any harm i have one on the tip of my penis just right besides the hole looks like a snake with one eye when i pull my foreskin back off of it had it forever and never try too do anything with it so wouldn't worry so much over them
