A question about college, it undergrad really that important?

I just finished my whole college selection process. I got into Brandeis, Fordham, BU, Stevens, RPI, Binghamton, Stony, and a few others. Normally Brandeis would be a no brainer. But the tuition was too expensive. I had to pay over 75,000 dollars back in debt if I went there (plus interest). Real let down since I really wanted to go there. So now I'm probably going to Fordham since it's right where I live in Manhattan and it gave me amazing fin aid awards. I know that Fordham isn't that great but I plan on going on and graduating from a better school for my masters degree. Will Fordham's lesser rank affect me negatively in my job search?
