Blood Pressure and Heart Rate up? 19 weeks pregnant?

This almost seems like a no-brainer to me, but to the drs its a different story. so here goes. i have noticed over the past few days my blood pressure has been going up. my readings were 136/99 with a hr of 132. it eventually went down and then later went right back up again. resting hr is 109-ish. i called my ob and they had me come in, but of course, it wasnt high when i was there. i called my dr on call the next day bc of hr being up for several hours and again, went down. well today i woke up and couldnt catch my breath and my hr was back up to 132. i had a EKG and it was fine and my blood pressure at the time the hospital checked it was ok. im breaking out in sweats, feel a "shock" go through my body every so often, where it feels like my heart skips and have a little bit of confusion. now, i did go off of effexor xr rather rapidly, as per the advice of my dr. i was alternating 150 and 75 mg daily and then dropped to 50 mg daily for a week and just stopped. could that be causing these weird symptoms? and is it dangerous to my baby?

What does the allergic to everything vegan eat?

I have been working at an organic food co-op at my university and some of our customers are vegan and have allergies, more than you mentioned such as being allergic to fructose which means they can't eat tomato and onion, some can't eat garlic either. We can make foods which do not contain those ingredients, we have a baker who makes gluten free vegan cakes using rice flower and almond meal. But yeah, anybody allergic to nuts, grains and legumes is going to have a hard time as a vegan. But if they made all their own food they could manage it.

Why does my foot hurt?

I don't think I did anything to injure my foot, it just suddenly hurt,its not broken, sprained, swollen etc... There's no discoloration, and it doesn't hurt to the touch, but I can't even walk without limping, the slightest pressure hurts soo much. it's been like that since 2 or 3 weeks ago -_-"

What's wrong with my nails?

Many times when you where a dark color, it takes a while for the polish to come off. Even with nail polish remover, it doesn't get all the way off. Nothing should be wrong with them. just give it a while and it'll lighten and go back to normal shade. i don't think there is anything to worry about. Good luck(:

Please Help Me!! Skin Condition Called "Keratosis Pilaris"?

I have a skin condition called "Keratosis Pilaris". (Probably spelled it wrong) I wanted to know if there is any type of cream, surgery ect. that can clear up the discoloration of this.. I'm not ready worried about the bumps because I pretty have controlled it. I am really worried about the dark marks..For ppl with a lighter skin color deals with the redness, but since I'm a little darker I deal with darker spots its darker than my skin color.. What can I do. Please help me, I'm tired of this and want to get rid of it.. Like fast!! Lol.. "and please be nice"

How do I rosin a new violin bow?

I've done about 30 up and down strokes with the rosin, and the bow is hardly making a sound, any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
